(1) I sometimes get disturbed, misunderstand, and do wrong in response to what I see, hear, smell, taste, feel and think.


(2) Today I will practice letting go of my disturbances and misunderstandings.


(3) I will practice understanding, and I will practice acting right or not at all.


(4) I will replace my greed with not taking more than I need of anything (salary, power, food, sex, drugs, alcohol, you name it, _____).


(5) I'd rather be Better-Best-Me than Busy-Dizzy-Stressed-Me today, and I'd rather not be hungover or dope-sick tomorrow.
